NEW CLASS: PILOXING
Piloxing Knockout is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class which incorporates standing Pilates principles and Boxing.
It’s a 45-minute workout, a total body-workout influenced by plyometrics, sports conditioning drills and functional training.
Increase your fitness level, burn calories, boost your confidence and strength, break boundaries and gain results. Knockout is a program that suits and challenges individuals of all fitness levels.
- For Thanyapura Members – THB 300 per person
- For Walk-in Guests – THB 700 per person
